Your answers, handled with care

What we collect
When you send a message or use "Start your journey", we collect what you type: your email address, and optionally your name, the situation you describe, your stage, company, website, goal and country. We also record the page you were on and, where available, how you reached the site (the referring site and any campaign tags in the link).
Why we collect it
We use it to understand your situation and to reply to you, and to learn which pages and sources bring useful enquiries. We do not sell your information.
Your consent
By sending a message you agree that we may reply to you at the email address you gave. If you do not want that, do not send the form.
How long we keep it
We keep your answers only as long as needed to reply and follow up.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your answers or withdraw your consent at any time by emailing contact@producttales.com or replying to any message you receive from us.
Service providers
We use service providers to receive and store form responses and to send email. They handle your information only to provide those services.
Fonts
This site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google when a page loads.

If this notice changes, we will update the date above.
